Pre-made lentivirus express RFP reporter under a minimal promoter that embedded with optimized tandem repeats of a few most potent P53 transcriptional response element. This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
