- Antibody Type: Secondary
- Immunogen: Goat IgG whole molecule
- Species Reactivity: Goat
- Application: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
- Host: Donkey
- Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Human, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.
- Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml (determined by absorbance = 82.0 at 565 nm for a 1% solution for only those R-PE molecules to which at least one molecule of active antibody is bound)
- Label: R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) (Molecular Weight 240,000 daltons)
