OneScript® Hot Reverse Transcriptase is a mutational derivative of Moloney-Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase, that can reverse transcribe low abundance or degraded RNA, and has significantly better resistance to contaminating inhibitors suchas reagents used during RNA extraction and contaminants from biological samples.
