Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the Competitive Inhibition method for detection of Human Angiotensin II (AngII) in samples from serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids with no significant corss-reactivity with analogues from other species.
